Lean Fiends understands that making an investment in your health is a difficult choice. You must invest money, time, and sacrifice the foods we love the most to reach your goals.  What separates us from other personal trainers is that we want you to have all the information possible to make the best decision to suit your needs.  We work tirelessly with you to make sure you reach your goals and take with your new found knowledge to empower your well-being.

Lean Fiends has over 10 years of experience. We specialize in weight loss, body sculpting, strength training, corrective exercise, wellness, holistic lifestyle coaching, and much more.  

We’re a big step above other personal trainers.  Not only will you get professional advice from a trainer with serious credentials under their belt, but you’ll also be under advisement from people who have experienced weight loss and/or strength gain themselves.

What is your goal?

Our programs combine weight training, cardiovascular exercise, and proper diet. You can transform the shape of your body and drastically improve your health, mind-state, strength, and self-image. With these techniques and our guidance,  100% of our clients have lost weight (or gained muscle) after following the program for just two weeks.

Whether you are an advanced trainee or you have never stepped into a gym before, we can develop a program to take you to the next level. Even if you’ve never had success losing fat or gaining muscle before, our individually tailored programs will work for you.

The Lean Fiends program is a results-driven program. We focus on how you look in combination with your health, strength, and well-being. Most fitness programs do not balance improvements in athletic fitness and strength.

Solely focusing on strength training or athletic performance does not always create the desired body shape you want. Usually, you will end up with an oddly developed or an unchanged body and an unhappy client. Our program is designed to reshape your body. You will gain strength, be healthier, and more fit. Together we will create the body you desire.

We have created an integrated program utilizing strength training, sport-specific exercises, plyometrics, core, and flexibility training to help you improve your performance in any sport such as baseball, basketball, football, golf, martial arts,  and volleyball to name a few. Our training also helps with any sport where strength, balance and explosive power are advantageous. We recommend 3 to 4 sessions per week.

If you have suffered any injuries, our staff knows exactly how to train around your injuries and facilitate the healing and prevention of common sports injuries such as knees, lower back, shoulders, and wrists.

Lean Fiends wants everyone to know that strength drastically affects various aspects of your life, protects you from injury, and allows you to do more and do it harder. Whether you want to get stronger for competition, be a better athlete on the field or the court, or just want to get strong and fit now and into your old age, we can help you.
